NZ Bowler’s Terrific Performance in 2023 World Cup in the Match Against SL

A clean encounter by New Zealand. One more thrilling match has ended. New Zealand registered another win in the tournament. While batting in the second innings, Devon Conway and Rachin Ravindra gave a nice start. Conway got out on 45 runs. Rachin Ravindra walked away by scoring only 42 runs. Daryl Mitchell played a knock of 43 runs in 31 balls. They reached the target in the 24th over. 

The Sri Lankan bowlers tried to dominate but failed to do it. Angelo Mathews took 2 wickets in 29 runs. Dushmantha Chameera took 1 wicket in 20 runs. Maheesh Theekshana took 1 wicket in 43 runs. New Zealand won the match by 5 wickets.

New Zealand won one of the most crucial clashes against Sri Lanka. Their qualifying scenario was dependent on today’s match. New Zealand successfully ended that match by 5 wickets. Mitchell Santner was outstanding with the ball. He took 2 crucial wickets in 22 runs. The first wicket for Mitchell Santner was Angelo Mathews. He picked up Mathews in 16 runs. As his second wicket, he took Dhananjaya de Silva. De Silva got out on 18 runs. He took 16 wickets and stood at number 5.
